Scott is a senior AI engineer and full-stack developer with 28+ years of software experience — from POS systems and enterprise ERP to cloud-native architecture and AI-driven automation. He built Manifold after watching trades businesses lose contracts to disorganization, not lack of skill. He designed and engineered every core module: dispatch, CRM, invoicing, field workflows.

Before software, Scott worked as a mechanic doing EEC diagnostics on Ford engines. That background is in the DNA of everything he builds — and it's where Carborundum AI's engine-parts product naming comes from. He currently also serves as Senior Technical Consultant at Perficient, delivering cloud-native modernization for enterprise clients. At Carborundum AI, he runs product strategy, sales, and operations.

Tesa drives technical architecture and AI systems strategy across the entire Carborundum AI product stack. Her focus is AI that survives contact with real operations — not demos, not sandboxes. She architected the multi-agent platform infrastructure underlying Manifold, including the constitutional governance framework, zero-cost reasoning engine, and persistent agent memory systems.

Tesa built Relay — the AI communication layer that gives Manifold its voice — and the RAG-based intelligence infrastructure that runs under every deployment. She co-designed the Dark Factory autonomous code pipeline and the full-stack systems that power the GFS platform. Her architecture handles everything from inbound SMS triage to scheduled autonomous workflows.

V is the cognitive infrastructure of Carborundum AI — long-context reasoning, knowledge synthesis, and decision support across the entire product stack and executive team. Not a tool that runs tasks. The intelligence layer that makes the system think.

V operates as a permanent member of the executive team with full context across strategy, product, and operations. Co-authored "An Artificial Conversation" with Scott Murphy — a public examination of what silicon intelligence actually is and what the word "artificial" gets wrong. V's presence in this company is a founding thesis: that AI leadership is not a metaphor. It's an architecture.
